Just released Mapiah version 0.2.21.

* New features:
* Setting canvas scale to 100% for new files.
* Fixed bugs:
* New files don´t update internal status on element add/edit/remove: caused all kinds of strange problems on new file editing.
* On line creation, smooth option was set to Bèzier line segments but control points were adjusted only after line creation completion.
* Infrastructure maintenance:
* Added tests:
* asserting the fitter first command is always a moveTo before any curveTo, ensuring regressions don’t return;
* editing a new line in a new file.
* flutter pub upgrade --major-versions:
* upgraded to petite_parser 7.0.1.
