[Therion] macOS installation

Thank you for this tip, I managed to successfully compile it this way. I
had to do 'cd .' before cmake command, and finish off with 'make install'
to place the apps at the correct location. It still produced a few errors
in Loch sections, but the program seems to run OK in the end. The errors:
