[Therion] symbol-hide group text does not hide station text label with flag entrance

This looks like a bug, but symbol-show and symbol-hide behaviour is somewhat
complicated, so maybe something I've missed.

 

When point stations have text added to them in the survey centreline, like

station O1 "Olympia Cave Main Entrance" entrance 

it seems that the layout statement symbol-hide group text is ineffective for
these station points.

All text is hidden except the text associated with stations, as specified
above.

 

This is what I want (achieved by forcing the size of all text to near-zero)



 

This is the best I can get (without the above hack)
