[Therion] Cannot execute - new Therion 6.3.0

Hmm, downloaded the Windows installer from
https://therion.speleo.sk/download.php and installed.
On Windows 10 Home 22H2

XTherion opens th2 files and thconfig files OK.

On attempting compile I get the message
ERROR: Can not execute "cmd.exe /c "C:\\Program Files\\Therion\\therion.exe"
-x  thconfig-Laghu.thc".

Since I'm running Windows 10 I assume the Universal CRT libraries should not
be relevant.  The only update this machine does not have is an Optional
cumulative update that was released yesterday, so probably not relevant.

Any other Windows users having this?
