[Therion] Okular pdf viewer

The locked file issue is not a problem on Linux. I keep Okular open all
the time with the map I am working on. Therion compiles the map and
about 10 seconds later Okular automatically reopens it. Okular also
reopens the map at the previous pan and zoom settings.
I looked through the Okular settings but found nothing that relates to
file locking. There might be some Linux magic going on related to dBus
passing messages about file system changes.
