[Therion] Cannot get offset maps to work

OK, I see now the effect of offsets [0 0 ft] below on shading, as well as above on the wall linework where passages cross.  Both are worthy effects.
And yes, I think reordering submaps will resolve issues with rendering of passages above and below.

Hmmm....   Since this is a map-of-maps, should I change the sequence in 
which the sub-maps are listed?
