[Therion] Adding photos and profiles to a map

Keeping photos in a separate file is, I think, a good idea, especially
if there are a lot of them. As Nigel suggests, using point:photo and a
label would connect them. The photo page could include captions and
other descriptive text.
If the photo pages and the map are both PDF, then it is trivial to join
them into a single file for distribution. You could also have a page
(or several!) of profiles appended to the main map.
