[Therion] Flush logfile output (PR #541) - Therion log file truncated prematurely

Limited checking suggests therion.log files created with this commit are complete up to the ### end of loop errors ###, although I am expecting scrap distortions and CRS transformations, and there are none.

Not sure if this is my oversight or something that should be written and is genuinely missing.
