[Therion] Wiki Table of contents

Hi all

I was editing the wiki and on page

https://therion.speleo.sk/wiki/contrib:complimentarycaveapps#other_applications

I had added a couple of sections and was wondering if it would be better
if the TOC didn't have the page title and went a level deeper so that a
quick view of what was available would be possible. I think it would
also make each bit linkable.

It looks like I should be able to do that with

maxtoclevel=3

and

toptoclevel=2

Is this something I can do, if so how do I use them on a page
