[Therion] Problem with new default settings and recent proj changes

They all come from 'pkg-config proj --libs --static' (which takes them
from 'pkg-config libcurl --libs --static'). I agree it's excessive.
For historical reasons, make uses static linking, you can use cmake
which links dynamically.
