[Therion] Problem with new default settings and recent proj changes

We started to use Proj 9 in 6.0.5 (msys2 build). In mxe builds Proj 5
is still used. There were probably no other (internal) changes in
Therion between 6.0.0 and 6.0.5 which should cause the displacement.
