[Therion] Existing xvi background images not visible in XTherion Map Editor, insertion causes error

Hi Bruce,

thanks a lot for finding out and reporting. This is definitely a bug
introduced in 6.0.2 with improved sorting of background images.

It should be fixed in 23b301e.
