[Therion] Problem when compiling on MacOS

Hi,

try to compile the latest commit in the master branch, which contains
the updated Catch2 library – not sure if the issue has been fixed,
though.
You can also use cmake to link to the system Catch2 library (details
on cmake compilation are in the thbook).
