[Therion] GitHub Windows installer

>You need to get the windows installer from GitHub now, as we no longer build windows binaries on our server. The new links are in the Downloads section of the Therion web page

>This page lists all automated jobs run by GitHub Actions for commits in the master branch. Click on a commit you are interested in (the links are next to the green check marks). 

>Then look for a section "Artifacts" at the bottom of the page, containing a link to a zip package therion-setup-*. The zip archive contains therion installer (exe) and the thbook in PDF format (the link is clickable only if you are logged in).
