[Therion] Matrix of heights from Lidar data?

GDAL is solution, from GeoTiff:
konvert lidar - f.e. from original 0.5m to 2m
gdalwarp -tr 2 2 -r cubic DMR_Zlomiska.tif 2x2.tif

then, convert for therion sufrace...
gdal_translate -of AAIGrid 2x2.tif 2x2.txt
