[Therion] For JM Begley - Rebuild for Fedora 32

If it is not already in progress ...  The Therion package in JM Begley's COPR repository needs to be rebuilt so it works on Fedora 32.  When I try to run the upgrade from F31 to F32, it gives me this:

 Problem 3: package therion-5.4.4-2.fc31.x86_64 requires libproj.so.13()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - proj-5.2.0-5.fc31.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package therion-5.4.4-2.fc31.x86_64
