[Therion] Hatching profiles and extended elevations

it works like a charm here.
Attached screenshot and example data (rabbit cave).

caveats:
- be sure to add "-clip off" option to the area (see screenshot!)
- you can even use the wall as second line, so the it clips perfectly 
there.
