[Therion] Command line Therion on Windows

Oh, thats the issue.

On Linux I can run Therion from any folder i.e

therion _config/plan.thconfig

But on Windows I need to be in the directory with the config.

therion _config/plan.thconfig - does not work

cd _config
therion plan.thconfig - does work
