[Therion] ***UNCHECKED*** kml icon path

Can you send the whole kml file.  I tried to build one from the snippet below, but of course there are no coordinates and it became a bit fiddly.

The structure below is similar to what is produced on my machine, but the nesting is not enumerated as nicely as yours.

I am still using bd62e22 (2019-06-25)
