Tested a little more yesterday evening, if i comment out any fix and cs commands, therion compiles the maps just nice. However without georeferencing obviously...
As was pointed out before, is the solution to adjust the command invocation in the therion source to comply to proj6?
Is there any workaround i can use to be able to compile my orojects meanwhile?
