[Therion] JMBegley need repackaged survex and therion

Thanks, James!  I can confirm that the updated Therion package installs correctly on Fedora 29.  My attempt to upgrade to Fedora 30 is still blocking, but no longer complains about either Therion or Survex.  Now it is Ekiga and MuseScore...
