[Therion] Making projected elevations

Very simple example, just one shot:

file test_levation.th

survey test_elevation -title "test elevation"

input test_elevation.th2

    centreline
    units clino compass grad
    data normal from to compass clino length
      extend right
       1 2 5 20 10
  endcentreline
endsurvey

And outputs as orientation extended and elevation 0. The converted sketch is not what I want to see. So there is not way how to automatically convert extended sketches to elevation map. But if the orientation of elevation view will be not too far from perpendicular to the centerline shot, the result could be acceptable. See third image.
