[Therion] Therion Window gets smaler every time you compile

Hi

I'm using Therion 5.4.1+3bee73c on Windows 7.
But also tested with 5.4.1+975063a and same.behaviour

Every time when I click on "Compile" (or use F9 instead) the window from Therion get's a bit smaller in size (up down direction).
Is there a fix for that?
