[Therion] Rename legend symbol "water-flow"

Yes, for example here is what I have sometimes redefined (in English)

 

text en "point water-flow:paleo" "paleo water flow (scallops)"

It's possible you have to specify what water-flow type you want, lyke this:
 
   text es "point water-flow:permanent" "curso de agua permanente"
   text es "point water-flow:intermittent" "curso de agua temporal"
