[Therion] Line artifact on scrap

I have a strange artifact on a scrap I am working on, that I can't seem to
select or get rid of (see attached screenshot). It is always drawn in red
and no matter what I do I can't select it or get rid of it. Any Ideas as to
what might have caused this or how I can remove it?
