[Therion] Full Date to PDF Map

Hi,

I am very new to Therion. I have spent the last 2 days learning it and have
completed the Footleg tutorial (http://wscc.darkgem.com/footleg/therion/)
and am currently in the process of drawing up a small extension I surveyed
a few days ago.
I wanted to add the full date to the survey (at the moment it only shows
the year), but short of just using the "map-comment" command, I haven't
been able to work out how to do this.

I'm sure it must be pretty straight forward, so hopefully this is easy to
answer. If anyone has a good place for me to continue learning (on from the
Footleg tutorial) that would also be cool, as I can see my self wanting to
change how the maps look in other ways in the future (maybe the north arrow
for example, specifying what kind of north it is representing).
