[Therion] colour preview-above unresponsive

While we are going through a renaissance of Therion improvements, I'm
wondering if anyone is able to look at the colour preview-above
functionality?

 

I can make 'colour preview-below' work, but not 'colour preview-above'.  

 

colour preview-below 80    #0 = black 100 =  white.  This works just fine.

 

colour preview-above 80    #seems to be ineffective, and the preview outline
remains black.

 

I have a long running statement 

colour preview-above [80 0 40] #magenta

designed to alert me to the moment that this feature is fixed :)
