[Therion] Trouble scrap: metapost exit code 35584

Your files compile perfectly to export a 3d model.

 

However when compiling a map to pdf, watch the command line window as Therion runs.  There are errors about point user water before my Windows 10 system pulls the plug with an untrapped error.

 

The Therion Log does not show this, but does report “metapost exit code -- -1073741571”  which suggests something completely out of control.

 

Looking in your th2 file I see comment references to hundreds of user defined symbols, which is intriguing.

I suppose the error may be triggered by the three points…

point 2971.82 586.33 u:water-drip

in your th2 file.

 

I see there are also u:claystone, u:danger and u:splay which I think are all undefined in the files you supplied.

 

So I am a bit perplexed.  I would expect Therion to raise an error or there are user defined symbols called that have not been defined.

 

A probably unrelated comment.  I would expect that you will have trouble compiling a map due the shape of your wall drawings.



I have annotated the walls in your picture to show blue arrows pointing into the passage.

It is likely that Therion will not produce a nice model because the terminating passage walls do not ‘face each other’ sufficiently.

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble compiling this scrap created with Topodroid. It results in a "therion: error -- metapost exit code -- 35584".

 

I tried some debug suggestions available at https://therion.speleo.sk/wiki/tbe:wiki5 but couldn't find the culprit.

 

Any ideas on what might be wrong?
