[Therion] 3D model with loch

I am currently working on topographical projects and I want to create 3D model with ground surface with a picture attached to it and KML files. 
For KML is it possible to export 3D kml with the walls? To do this I use this line in my thconfig 
export  model -enable [walls] -o output\adavoustekml.kml 
but the kml contains only the centerline. 
With the line
export map  -o output\plan.kml 
I have a nice kml file but it is a 2D kml. 

For the Surface in loch I use a file colline.th which I include in my project file 
This colline.th  begins with those lines :
surface
cs UTM31
bitmap /data/adaouste_redim.png [0 0 714040 4839736 1276 1375 714495 4840755]
grid-units meter
grid  714600  4839900 010.00 10.00 10 15
416  417  419   423   423   425   424   422   420   418

endsurface. 

In my thconfig file those lines have been added to export the model :
export model -o output\adavouste3D.lox 

The final loch contains the 3D model of the cave and the ground modeled by the surface but it is not textured by the picture. 
I should make a mistake but I do not know which one.
