[Therion] Updated Elevation grid labels

Hi

Here are a couple of recent Therion updates I needed and added:
 - I added 4 more symbol scales to the existing 5 ones: 2XS < XS < S < M <
L < XL < 2XL < 3XL < 4XL. Each is approximately 50% larger than the
previous. The 2 larger ones are a bit excessive, but might come in handy
occasionally.

 - Updated elevation grid to show both depth and altitude of cave, instead
of altitude only. Depth is in the left column, altitude in the right. They
are also aligned to match the 0 point, which is slightly different than the
old one.
You can see what I mean in the attached images.

In a 2D map the depth is more important for me than the altitude. If
someone uses that type of grid, can you share your opinion?
I could add an additional layout option to control whether the grid is
labeled in the new way, but it doesn't seem to be worth it.
