[Therion] exporting gif file in xvi

Hi guys,

Doing some great progress with therion, but I’m stuck with the conversion from gif to xvi file to be able to do some morphing.
I’ve been trying to follow Marco’s tutorial : http://marcocorvi.altervista.org/caving/tbe/m_04/m_045.htm

But I keep getting the following message : C:\Program Files\Therion\therion.exe: warning -- no data to export

Anyone has an idea or some exemple files to share so I can figure this out ?
