[Therion] Cavedepth

Hi

I have a question about "cavedepth" and propbably need some help as I can't figure out the problem.

My complete survey is about underwater cave passages.
Therfore I have an option inside every survey and centerline which is "calibrate depth 0 -1".
All survey are with "data diving station depth left right up  down newline tape compass".
And every depth is with positive numbers like 5.3 then which means -5.3m of waterdepth.
Lowest number all over all surveys is 0.0.
Biggest number is 24.1.

Every scrap contains all the survey stations within this part of the cave as a "point station".
So in the end I have every surveyed station inside the scraps.

When I print the map as a pdf file (with all the scraps) I don't get the right number for Depth.
With numbers as above I would expect a cave depth of 24m but I get 22m.

Of course I can do an override with "\cavedepth{24\thinspace{}m}".
But this is not what I want to.

So can anyone explain please why I don't get the correct number for cavedepth in the map header?
