[Therion] Loch settings and language

Hi

Is there any way to make Loch remember the settings for what to show in the
scene, walls, type of station names, comments, etc?
​Or does Loch always use some hardcoded values?​

Also, is it possible to the UI language of Loch?
It uses Bulgarian, which is the default for my Win, but I would rather
switch to English from time to time.
