And PocketTopo allows you to see the entire cave in context while surveying. That and its simplicity makes it efficient and effective.Topodriod looks like a very nice app, but i cannot imagine it being fast or efficient in a cave. I don't have an Android device whose screen works in the wet, so i have never contemplated using it for a real survey.

By my opinion the PocketTopo is the best. Simple, without many not necessary features, and 3D export to DXF is amazing. But not Android.
Topodroid is too complex and any sketch you did in a cave one has to redraw or correct in Therion.
There are other as Abris, SexyTopo, Qave, CaveSurvey, …
