[Therion] GMANE link not working

The volunteer who has run GMANE archive for many years seems to have had 
enough of the DoS attacks and retired the service 
<https://lars.ingebrigtsen.no/2016/07/28/the-end-of-gmane/>.

There are many projects (much larger than Theiron) affected by this, and 
there is a reasonable chance that one of them will take over 
responsibility for the archives.  If not then it will indeed be missed 
by many.
