[Therion] How to combine projection and extended elevation into single picture?

I've got a vertical cave survey done by 2 teams, the first one draw cave in
[projection 90], and the second and most recent team continued survey with
extended elevation drawing.

I need to produce a pdf, where both surveys are connected to each other,
what is the simplest way to do it? Do I need to play with map definitions,
or there are another way?
