[Therion] \survexversion

Hi 

Something to do for the next release.

 

I'd like to request a new TeX variable to compliment the existing

\thversion = current therion version

 

\survexversion = current survex version if survex loop closure algorithm
used, 

                        = empty (or similar) if therion loop closure used.
