[Therion] Forcing Therion to print centerlines only

If you put a survey in a map it will show the centreline, and select the
map if it is not the top level.

map Wookey -projection plan
  DeepRoute
  Wookey9-22
  Wookey12-13
  19
endmap

The adding of -projection plan is important, even if you have some plan
maps (where you do not have to be explicate) in there as well

Not sure how you get the station names without a th2 file, but you seem
to have solved that, I would be interested in how you do it
