I'm using libtk-img 1.4.2 and tcl 8.6.2

So it might be an 8.6.2->8.6.3 issue?

Can you downgrade to 8.6.2 and see if it goes away?

8.6.3 is not yet packaged for Debian so I can't easily try it out here.
