[Therion] Therion 5.3.16 - Error opening th and th2 files

Update: This is definitely a problem with Tcl/TK and maybe tkimg. I found a
computer with Fedora 21 and Therion 5.3.13 still installed. This computer
shows the same problem.
Therion obviously has not changed, but the system is patched up to current.
That means it is not a problem in Therion. Something must have happened to
the other subsystems.
