[Therion] change palette for color map-fg altitude

Hi,

"color map-fg altitude" will color the map passage by scrap according to its relative elevation and works well.

I'd like to customise the color pallete to avoid the blue on blue I get for river cave. I've modified the water in the example below to be blue too.

Anyone know where the palette is defined?
