[Therion] Can I print the legend without a map

The Atlas option worked.

 

"you could position your header/legend over top of your dummy map and turn
on the header background to hide the dummy map."

How do you on the header background?

(it seems to be naturally transparent so when I shifted it over the dummy
map, the map "bled through")

You could try the previous suggestions, or as another hack you could
position your header/legend over top of your dummy map and turn on the
header background to hide the dummy map.
