[Therion] Adding Translations with Windows

Hello Henry (and everybody else),

I am really sorry for the late answer.

Adding new translation into windows version can be tricky without windows
compiler. If you have a translation .txt files, your translation can be
easily added to official therion distribution. Just send them to me or to
the list.
