Thanks for that. Yes scaling all the numbers in the th2 file worked.
Wrote a python script to go through the lines and divide each number found by a scale and rewriting the lines again into a new th2 file.
That now matches over top of my scaled image.

In xtherion now the image is 1/2 the size of the scrap
