[Therion] Cleaning up folders and temp files

I find .xtherion.dat and therion.log to be useful files, and would not want
to automate their deletion as a matter of course.

.xtherion.dat allows Xtherion to populate the Survey Structure, Survey
Information and Map Structure panels to the right of the window, on opening
a thconfig file, based on the last compile (assuming it was successful). If
you double-click the map or survey it will add a select statement for that
object to the thconfig file.

If .xtherion.dat is deleted, then you will need a successful compile before
you get this functionality. With very large projects this can take quite
some time.

therion.log can contain information that identifies the reason for an
unsuccessful compile. If you delete it automatically, many of your clues
are erased.

Both these files are overwritten on successful runs, and are quite small, so
I think two files per folder containing thconfigs is a small price to pay.

Only thing I would like to change (sometimes and sometimes not) with
therion.log, is to move it to my output folder of choice, and rename it to
match the theme of outputs generated by that particular thconfig.

This could only be done once therion has finished running I think, so if
anyone gets the delayed 'system' command working well, please post an
example.

Bruce
