[Therion] symbol colour leaking

Thank a lot Bruce, here are the answers:

1. Grey rock edges are due to transparency and your rendering engine. If
your rock edges are drawn below corresponding rock border, they are in fact
invisible. If you are using PDF viewer that does not support transparency
groups, then they will be gray. Either you can use -place top option for
those edges, or you can move them up in th2 file or therion can be fixed
somehow to avoid this situation. May be, rock edges, that have common
points with some rock border should be automatically placed above it. It
just needs some (no idea how much) programming logic.

2. Purple altitude is definitely a bug. Thanks to your sample, it was quite
easy to find it. It should be fixed in the next release.
