[Therion] Therion hanging after compile

There are various things that can make Therion do the described when
compiling. I think an empty th2 files is one of them.
The are various data sets that work on cave-registry.org.uk.
http://www.cave-registry.org.uk/svn/CheddarCatchment is the one I know
best. Any thconfig file should work, but they all refer to a cople of
files in the root directory, so you might be best to grab it all, see is
the copile problem still happens.
I am using debian jessie with whatever the latest (as of last wednesday) is
from there is and it is compiling for me. (Cannot check as will not be at
home until tomorrow)
