Correct. I've fixed all these SetINput and AddInput API changes
(following the docs at
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/VTK_6_Migration/Overview#Overview_of_Changes
), but have got stuck on the way all the libraries have been split
into much maller pieces and renamed.

I've asked the VTK-users list for help. If anyone who understands C++
or VTK wants to help, fell free as I don't really know what I'm doing.
