Alas I am no programmer either!

Part of my motive for  looking at expanding the tables the web interface
produces, is that anyone can then copy the results table to a spreadsheet
and manipulate to gain inspiration.

 

We can currently output all the list formats to html or text, and these
paste into a spreadsheet nicely.  So we can already get quite a lot of stuff
in Excel format.

My reason for wanting to work on the database output is that the current
list outputs do not provide the range of information that i need to work
unambiguously on a large dataset.  And it would save Stacho and Martin from
having to make changes to Therion itself.
