Just to clarify, "this" being the copying over of the newer files,
rather than running cavern with -v7.

It'd be really good to fix that in the next release.  Meanwhile, if
anyone's building binary packages of therion, I'd encourage you to
update img.c and img.h like Wookey has.

Bruce asked off-list if there's a way to change how therion calls cavern
on Windows.  I'm not an expert on the therion code, but it looks to me
like therion on Windows looks up the "Process" action for .svx files and
uses that, so if you can work out where to set that in Windows, you can
probably just add "-v7" to the command it uses.  I'm afraid I have no
idea where this is configured on recent versions of Windows though.
